This policy explains what personal data we collect on instant-t.ma, at the studio and in our exchanges with you, why we use it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. It is drawn up in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Who is responsible for your data?

No card number is collected or stored on this website: payment is made when the order is handed over.
We process your data to carry out your request or order, to meet our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting), with your consent (newsletter, analytics and advertising cookies), and to keep our services secure and improve them.
3. Who receives your data?
Your data is intended for the Instant T team. We use service providers who receive only what they need to carry out their work:
- website hosting: ADK MEDIA;
- sending emails and invitations: MailerLite;
- managing forms and registrations: Google (Google Sheets, Apps Script);
- audience measurement and advertising on Facebook and Instagram: Meta;
- instant messaging: WhatsApp;
- delivery, where applicable: the carrier or courier.
Some of these companies (Meta and Google in particular) also act on their own behalf, under their own privacy policies. We never sell or rent your data.
4. Data transfers outside Morocco
Several of these providers are based abroad, notably in the European Union and the United States, so your data may be processed outside Morocco. These transfers take place within the framework of Law No. 09-08 (Articles 43 and 44).
5. How long do we keep your data?

At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 7 to 9 of Law No. 09-08, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to know whether your data is being processed and to obtain a copy of it;
- Right of rectification: to have inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data corrected, completed, updated or deleted;
- Right to object: to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data, and to object at no cost and without giving a reason to its use for direct marketing.
To exercise these rights, write to us at tarik.zghinou@gmail.com, enclosing proof of identity. We will reply within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from our mailings in one click using the link in every email.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: a secure connection to the website, access to data limited to those who need it, and regular updates. As no system is infallible, we will inform you whenever the situation requires it.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults. Activities for children are booked by a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect data from a child without their parents’ involvement. Information about a child, including health information, is used only to organise the activity and keep the child safe.
9. Cookies and trackers
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Our website uses:
- necessary cookies for the website to work (session, cart, security);
- analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram;
- embedded content from third-party services (Instagram videos, for example), which may set their own cookies.
You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and manage your advertising preferences from your Facebook or Instagram account. Refusing some cookies may affect how the website works.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
