Frequently asked questions

How much does repotting cost?

30 DH for a small plant (pot up to 15 cm), 80 DH for a medium plant (pot from 16 to 22 cm), 150 DH for a large plant (pot from 23 to 30 cm), potting mix included. The price depends on the diameter of the new pot. The pot is extra if you choose one from us.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, always: message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the plant and the size of its pot. We'll suggest a slot Tuesday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 18:00.

Should I bring a pot?

As you prefer: come with your new pot, or choose one of our handmade planters at the studio. The new pot must have drainage holes, or a reservoir saucer.

When should a plant be repotted?

When roots come out of the drainage holes or circle the pot, when water runs straight through without being absorbed, or when the plant stops growing despite good light. Spring is the best season, but a cramped plant or one in waterlogged soil can be repotted all year round.

How long does it take?

Allow 15 to 30 minutes per plant. You stay with us: we show you the state of the roots and you leave knowing what to do.

What about a very large plant?

For a pot over 30 cm, write to us first with a photo: we'll quote a price and tell you how to proceed, at the studio or at your home.

My plant is sick, can you look at that too?

Yes: repotting is often when we understand the problem, by seeing the roots. You can also go through the Plant Doctor page.

A cramped plant?

Send us a photo: we'll reply with a slot and the price.
