Description

This mini terrarium recreates a fragment of forest floor in a borosilicate glass cylinder closed with a natural wooden lid. Moss, small plants and mineral elements form a miniature ecosystem, built layer by layer by hand in our studio. Its vertical shape slips onto a shelf, desk or windowsill.

What's inside

The plants vary with the season: Fittonia, pothos N'Joy, ivy, moss… Beneath the plants are layers of golden sand, potting soil, activated charcoal and decorative white sand, plus a natural element (driftwood or stone).

Dimensions

About 18 cm tall and 6 cm in diameter. Borosilicate glass, natural wooden lid.

Caring for your mini terrarium

Soft, indirect light — never direct sun on the glass.
The lid keeps the moisture in: water very rarely, a few drops when there's no condensation at all.
If the condensation never clears, open the lid for an hour to let it breathe.
Trim shoots that touch the lid with fine scissors.
