The duo that balances air and water: perlite aerates and drains, vermiculite holds moisture. For seedlings, cuttings and houseplant potting soil. In 1 L, 2 L or 5 L bags.
The 5 L works out at 18 DH per litre, instead of 20 DH in 1 L: a 10% saving.

Description
Perlite and vermiculite do two opposite, complementary things. Perlite creates air and lets water drain away; vermiculite absorbs water and gradually releases it to the roots. Brought together in one bag, they make a balanced soil improver, ready to mix in.
What it does
- Balance at the roots: a light mix, neither dry nor soggy.
- A good start for seedlings and cuttings.
- A more airy indoor potting soil that compacts less.
How to use it
- Seedlings and cuttings: half mix, half potting soil.
- Houseplants: about 1 part to 3 or 4 parts potting soil, when repotting.
- Stem cuttings: you can also use it on its own, well moistened, to root them.
