Seaweed extracts provide trace elements and compounds that help plants cope better with difficult moments: heat, repotting, a change of light. Our foliar feed brings them together in a ready-to-use spray, so the leaves absorb the seaweed's nutrients directly. Nothing to measure out — just shake and spray.
What it does
- Vitality: a regular boost during the growing season.
- Shine: cleaner, brighter foliage.
- Support after stress: repotting, moving house, intense heat.
How to use it
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Spray the foliage, top and underside of the leaves, as a fine mist.
- Once a month during the growing season, from spring to late summer.
- Early in the morning or late in the day, never in full sun: droplets heated by the sun mark the leaves.
Which plants
Foliage plants, indoors and out: Monstera, Philodendron, Ficus, Pothos, Calathea, Strelitzia… Avoid plants with hairy or powdery leaves, such as African violets or some succulents.
What to pair it with
Foliar feeding complements feeding through the roots; it does not replace it. During the growing season, also feed at the base with our
compost tea root feed. For clean foliage that takes the spray better, first clean the leaves with our
black soap for plants.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need diluting?
No, it's ready to use: just shake the bottle well.
Is once a month enough?
Yes. It's a supplement: the basis of nutrition comes through the roots and a good potting mix. A regular habit is better than a plant drenched in fertiliser.
Can I spray a plant that's struggling?
First give it the right light and watering again. If it doesn't improve, send a photo to our
Plant Doctor.
Good to know: do not swallow; keep out of reach of children. Store the bottle closed, away from heat and sunlight.
